This department provides you with an URGENT reply in the following cases:

- Same day bookings
- Reservations for Europe for the next day
- Reservations outside Europe for the next two working days
- For any reservation you might need an urgent reply to

Besides Hotel bookings, the express department can also assist you for:

- Any kind of Transfers
- Tours
- Theatre tickets, Concert tickets, Tickets for any Game, Match or other Special Events
- Or any other Service your client may desire

Booking Fees:

The charges for this service are 7 Euro Per Person (non-refundable in case of cancellation of the request or booking). This charge also applies for reservations made through our On-line system.

HELP:

* What to do if I cannot find the country or city I need?
Before you send us an e-mail with your request, kindly please always please check at "show all countries" and "show all cities" (which is the last choice in the country & city box).

*What to do if I want to see all hotels in a certain city?
When you click on hotels, only select: Country, city, check in & check out date (with the calendar next to it) and down below what room type you need (i.e. double) and how many rooms in the box next to it. And then you click next. Now you can view all hotels we have in the particular city you have requested. (All the other choices are just there to narrow down your search).

* Do cars have an option?
No, cars don’t have an option.

* Can we book transfers and tours through Online Booking System?
No, for the time being, you have to send an email to the reservation department travel@di-ef.com to request them.

* How can we reconfirm a booking?
By issuing Voucher.

* How can we issue a Voucher?
First you have to click on the Voucher button and then on the small icon with the printer machine at the bottom of the voucher.

* In case you cannot view the voucher button, what to do?
Only the travel agents who have signed a contract of cooperation and have credit with us can do so. If you need more information about the conditions and procedure, please feel free to contact our sales department at travel@di-ef.com

* Why can't we access the Online Booking System?
It is necessary to have a passwords in order to have access to it. Please contact us at travel@di-ef.com in order to get more information about the procedure.

* How can we book a group?
Please contact our group department travel@di-ef.com

Do not enter group requests within the system, as it is only for FIT requests!

* Can we make any amendment in an already existing booking?
You cannot amend the hotel within an existing reservation. But you may change dates, add or delete rooms, change name of the client, or write a remark within the free format remarks

* Do we have commission on the rates?
No, the rates given to you, are your NET.

* How can we see the description of the hotel?
Either by clicking on the more button or on the picture of the hotel.
But if you need more photos, you have to click on view more pictures. If you want a map you have to click on the map.

* Can we cancel / change a booking any time we want?
No, you may only change/ cancel a reservation when it is confirmed.
You can not do it while it is pending and not when it is vouchered. If this is the case, then you have to send an e-mail/ fax / or call our reservation department.

* Does the system always give an option/deadline for each reservation?
No, please be careful and always read the remarks before requesting a reservation. Only if there is no cancellation policy mentioned within those remarks will the system give you an option. For more details read the bottom of this page!

IMPORTANT:

** ALWAYS CHECK THE REMARKS FOUND IN THE HOTEL LIST FOR EVERY HOTEL. On the bottom of each hotel page within the web you will find this:

Make sure you click on the before proceeding with the booking, it contains essential information!

You have to click on this, as within those remarks you can review all the important notes, bookings fees, but most importantly all the cancellation policies. If you are within a cancellation policy or it is a last minute request, the booking request has to be guaranteed, else charges will apply.
If the booking request is not guaranteed, then do not request it on the web if you are within the cancellation policy. But select another hotel, or send an e-mail request for a quotation.If there is no cancellation policy, then the system will generate an option date for your request.

*In case you fail to issue the voucher before the option date, your reservation will automatically be cancelled, the option date may change within the first 24 hours of the booking.
