FIT Bookings
*All the offered rates are NET per room in local currencies.
*In all cases (unless it is otherwise mentioned) the rates refer to standard rooms.
*The breakfast included in the prices unless otherwise mentioned.
*Due to unforeseen circumstances rates may change at the time of confirmation. However our aim is to keep the rates unchanged.
*In the extreme cases of overbooking the hotel has the right to move the client to a hotel of similar or higher standard with no extra compensation from our side.
*The prices shown are valid only for leisure clients. If the purpose of travel is different (exhibition, conference, business) it must be mentioned at the time of booking because it might affect the prices.
*The voucher covers only what is mentioned on it (usually room and breakfast). All other extras are to be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
*In case client requires extension of his reservation he must contact his travel agency. There is a possibility the hotel to refuses accepting the extension of the booking, and the client must pay his extra night(s) on the spot.
*In case you fail to issue the voucher before the option date, your reservation will automatically be cancelled, the option date may change within the first 24 hours of the booking.
* We have the right to change the selling price of any booking that has been confirmed from Friday 17:00 to Monday 9:00am or during holidays. We will do everything in our power though to keep the prices unchanged.
* ALWAYS CHECK THE REMARKS FOUND IN THE HOTEL LIST FOR EVERY HOTEL. On the bottom of each hotel page within the web you will find this:
Make sure you click on the  before proceeding with the booking, it contains essential information!
You have to click on this, as within those remarks you can review all the important notes, bookings fees, but most importantly all the cancellation policies. If you are within a cancellation policy or it is a last minute request, the booking request has to be guaranteed, else charges will apply.
If the booking request is not guaranteed, then do not request it on the web if you are within the cancellation policy. But select another hotel, or send an e-mail request for a quotation.If there is no cancellation policy, then the system will generate an option date for your request.

*Full prepayment before arrival is required, unless otherwise stated by the hotel.
Express Bookings
Last minute bookings or bookings that require very quick reply.
*Handling fees 7 euros per person.
*Cancellation Policy for hotels
*Cancellations can be made only before the option date shown upon confirmation. After reconfirmation no longer possible to cancel without cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation fees during non-fair periods are usually equal to the first night of stay, unless otherwise stated. During fair periods we will always inform you about the cancellation policy.
*If for any reason client will depart from the hotel earlier than originally reserved, our company will provide a refund only if there is a written approval of the early departure (hotel bill, credit card statement). The refund will occur only in case the cancellation policy of the hotel permits it.
Terms ad Conditions for Car Rentals
*All rates are NE,T in local currencies per rental.
*Due to unforeseen circumstances rates may change at the time of confirmation. However our aim is to keep the rates unchanged.
*One rental day is equal to 24 hours, after that period of the day, an extra day will be charged.
*In case the client needs extension of his reservation, this can only be done directly with the rental company at the official rate.
*The voucher indicates what is included in the price (unl. Kms, VAT, insurance etc). Any extra insurance or coverage is to be paid directly to the rental company.
*The client should read carefully and decide if he agrees or not with the terms of the rental mentioned on the rental agreement (min. deductible, restrictions, etc)
*The rental company always requires a guarantee from the client usually at the form of credit card, which covers the minimum deductible, gas, traffic ticket etc. If a credit card is not available, the rental company has the right to ask for a deposit or even to refuse to deliver the vehicle.
*The legal requirements of each rental company should be the minimum age of the driver and the appropriate driving license, usually International one.
*The rental company has the right to provide a vehicle of higher category of the one originally reserved.
*Our company is merely responsible for the reservation and cannot be held liable for accidents, thefts, and strikes. However, we are always willing to help the client and provide the best of our assistance
*Our company cannot be held liable for the actions of the web user. However, we are always happy to provide help in regards to the reservation procedures.
Cancellation Policy for car rentals
*There are no cancellation fees for car rentals except for some cases that involve high car groups and very busy periods. There will always be a notification in advance for such cases from our reservations department
*No refund can be provided for unused rental days after the rental is completed.
*If for any reason the client chooses not to use the voucher, a refund can be made only in case the original voucher of Athena Tours is returned.

*Our company cannot be held liable for natural phenomena and strikes which will cause cancellation of the service. A full refund of course will be provided.
*Our company will always provide detailed information and instructions on how to follow the service as well as the language of the service and cannot be held liable if the end client is not properly informed.
*The voucher includes only what is stated and all extras (museum entrances, tips, etc) are to be paid directly to the service provider.
*We cannot be held liable for extra cost resulting from airline delays, such compensation can only be provided by the airlines.
*Our company cannot be held liable for the actions of the web user. However we are always happy to provide help with regard to the reservation procedures.
Cancellation Policy for services

*Cancellation fees are equal to the total cost of the service.
Payment Conditions for all products
*If credit agreement is signed between the client and our company then the payment conditions of the agreement will be followed. That means that the web user will be able to make bookings and print voucher on his own discretion
*If credit agreement has not been established then the web user will be able to make new bookings but full prepayment will be required before option date shown upon confirmation. In case client fails to prepay on time, we have every right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
